Prominent family seeking a full-time Driver/Runner for a luxury estate in the Miami, FL. The successful candidate must enjoy moving back and forth between Drive responsibilities and property task-oriented duties with a positive and happy attitude. The Driver/Runner will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects of various complexity and breadth, have impeccable attention to detail, solid judgment, and react appropriately to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. This is an all-encompassing role, and responsibilities are varied. The ideal candidate will be flexible, diligent, and adaptable. This position is perfect for a hands-on, initiative-taking, and intuitive individual who can coordinate and prioritize multiple demands. It is essential that the candidate possesses an elevated level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information. This position should expect the potential to travel to support other properties and potential domestic and international trips. Confidentiality and discretion are of paramount importance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Driver/Runner will report directly to the Estate Manager and collaborate closely with
other household staff. Typical tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Perform all requested drives for clients, kids, and guests as needed.
Support security team and drive advance vehicle on client movements.
Manage vehicle fleet ensuring vehicles are fuelled and clean. Responsible for all
maintenance and washing of vehicles.
Ensure all vehicle service appointments are completed and vehicles are in
perfect condition.
Safely and cautiously operate/drive a boat.
Shopping for household items.
Errand running, deliveries, tracking package deliveries and pick-ups.
Pet care and transport.
Provide support during events and for special projects.
Other duties, special requests and projects as requested.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years as a driver at a private estate.
Current driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle with impeccable and safe
driving record.
High level of experience and ability to drive a boat safely and cautiously is
preferred.
Thorough understanding of road regulations.
Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality.
Skilled at prioritizing and completing competing tasks with a sense of urgency.
while maintaining a get-it-done attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with data devices and communicating with smartphones.
The ability to change direction quickly and stay calm under pressure.
An effective and proactive problem-solver, analyzing all situations thoroughly in
order to anticipate problems before they arise.
Willingness to travel and work weekends/evenings as needed.
Fluent in English verbally and written.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the United States.
A valid Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card is preferred.
Successful completion of a thorough background investigation and reference
check.
Schedule: This is a non-exempt full-time position. Candidate must be flexible and willing to work weekends and potentially on Holidays. The schedule is generally (5) days a week (Monday-Friday) while the client and/or guests are not on-site. When clients are in residence, hours will increase/change as needed just before, during, and after a client visit; long hours should be expected.

Physical Requirements:

Must lift to fifty pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to work prolonged periods standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Must be able to climb and descend stairs and ladders safely.
